Castle Hill Inn is now hiring a banquet manager to oversee all catering operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Hiring, training and development of banquet employees.
• Coaching, counseling, disciplining and firing of banquet employees.
• Administration of all Catering, Inn and Corporate policies and procedures
• Strong focus on creating, maintaining and enhancing all service standards for front and back of house.
• Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations and certification regulations for management and staff
• Work directly with Catering Sales staff on executing large dining functions
• Establish and maintain par levels for supplies and equipment
• Attends bi-weekly banquet event order review meetings
• Administration of all accounting practices-daily revenue and payroll, inventories, review and scrutiny of monthly profit and loss, development of yearly budget
• Working with the Catering Chef on the creative design and set-up of all catering events
• Work directly with Catering Sales to facilitate a positive, aggressive sales environment
• The maintenance and inventory of all Catering storage areas
• Assist with Dining operations in off peak times and as necessary
• Seasonal menu planning with Catering Chef, Executive Chef and Corporate Chef
• Portraying a professional and healthy attitude at all times
