Castle Hill Inn and Resort in Newport, RI is currently seeking full time front desk agents.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

●       Focusing on guest requests, anticipating their needs, and accommodating special requests.

●       Working the front desk, checking guests in/out, answering the phones, making reservations, and maintaining the cash drawer. 

●       Assisting with the valet as needed, hosting guests to their rooms, helping them with their luggage, and providing them with an overview of the room. 

 

The guest service agents must be knowledgeable about the inn and restaurant, including menus, special events, packages, rooms, property and amenities.  The candidates must also be able to provide information to guests on local activities, recommended restaurants, and general facts about Newport.  These individuals will be expected to provide exceptional service to very discerning clientele.
