Position Information:
Blackstone Caterers seeks to hire an Assistant Executive Chef. This individual will oversee off premise culinary operations to include menu design, menu tastings, menu pricing, purchasing, training and supervision of culinary staff, monitoring of quality, cost, and food safety. The individual will manage supervisors who oversee approximately twenty culinary personnel in the off premise catering facility.
