Position Information:
The Mooring Seafood Kitchen and Bar is currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join its world class culinary team! The right candidate will be passionate about food and the guest experience. Responsibilities include oversight of kitchen personnel and food preparation, inventory, ordering and receiving product, and assistance with menu engineering and cost controls. Candidates should have at least 2-4 years of cooking experience in a fast paced, high volume, upscale environment, and some supervisory experience. Experience in an upscale seafood restaurant is preferred, but not required.
