This person must be very strong in guest relations in the luxury hospitality industry. The individual must possess poise, strong communications skills, attentiveness to guest concerns, listening skills, skill in anticipating our guests wants and preferences, and the ability to provide imaginative extraordinary high touch services to our discerning clientele.
