The two course dinner begins a choice of first courses, including a cup of Trio Chowder, composed of lightly creamed ocean broth, chouico, native clams, roasted corn, and potatoes; House Salad: Greenview Farm greens, toasted pecans, shaved red onions, tomatoes, carrots, and balsamic vinaigrette; or Wild Mushroom Bruschetta: a blend of crimini and Portobello mushrooms, thyme, garlic, butter, and herbed ricotta on grilled Tuscan Bread.

Entrée selections feature Stuffed Statler Chicken with baby arugula pesto, goat cheese, braised radicchio risotto, and a red wine reduction; Atlantic Salmon with Brussels sprouts, caramelized shallots, risotto, and hollandaise sauce; an 8-ounce Flat Iron Steak with house spice rub and wild mushroom demi glace; and Rigatoni Bolognese with slow-simmered tomatoes, veal, pork, and beef.

Trio is open for lunch on Saturdays and Sunday 12:00pm - 3:00pm; for dinner Sundays from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday 5:00pm - 9:00pm and Friday & Saturday 5:00pm - 10:00pm;  Trio also offers half price appetizers and artisan pizzas Monday - Friday 4pm - 6pm in the lounge. Trio features 175 indoor seats and 90 al fresco seats including at the restaurant's patio bar. Reservations are strongly recommended.
