Brunch and lunch at Castle Hill begin with a choice of first courses, including Pappardelle Bolognese with Aquidneck Farm beef, Simmons Farm pork and Pecorino Romano; Crab Cake Sliders: Jonah crab, pickled pepper tartar sauce, and vegetable slaw on a brioche bun; and Matunuck Oysters, half-shelled and served with citrus mignonette and grapefruit-fennel salad.

Entrees include a Simmons Farm Pork Sandwich: Portuguese braised pork, pickled hot peppers, and São Miguel cheese on a hard roll; Murray's Chicken Salad served with greens, cranberry chutney, gorgonzola cheese, pecan, and apple cider dressing; and pan-roasted Scottish Salmon with black trumpet mushrooms, beet-celery root puree, swiss chard, and cipollini onion.

Brunch entrees also include Little Rhody Eggs Benedict: with country Canadian bacon, toasted muffins, and hollandaise; Native Lobster and Potato Hash with poached eggs and chive crème fraîche; and an Omelet with roasted shallots, foraged mushrooms, and Grafton cheddar cheese.

Castle Hill is open for dinner from 5:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the ocean view dining room. Brunch is served Sundays from 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and is accompanied by live jazz.
