Newport Paints the Town Green at the 12th Annual Newport Waterfront Irish Festival!
WHAT: THE 12TH ANNUAL NEWPORT WATERFRONT IRISH FESTIVAL
What would a Labor Day weekend in Newport be without a celebration of Celtic Shenanigans? The annual Newport Waterfront Irish Festival marks its 12th year of tradition and tomfoolery with five stages of continuous entertainment and over 100 entertainers and exhibitors, featuring the best of what’s emerged from the Emerald Isle!
Toast to tradition and quench your thirst with a fresh pint of Guinness. Enjoy authentic entertainment, including pipe bands, step dancers, and wolfhounds (oh my)! Tap along to time-honored tunes by artists such as Calley McGrane, and revel with Irish rockers like The Killdares and Screaming Orphans. Step-dance your way between stages and soak in all there is to see at one of the largest Irish cultural celebrations in the country.
