NEWPORT, RI, March 17, 2009  --- The Newport Yachting Center, a special events venue and full service marina in the heart of the city's historic district, announced today that Nantucket Nectars is the title sponsor of the popular Sunset Music Series now in its 12th year.

Each summer the Nantucket Nectars Sunset Music Series plays host to a diverse range of national and regional artists.  The intimate setting underneath a grand tent on the waterfront has played host to musicians including, Melissa Etheridge, Boz Scaggs, Joan Jett, Jason Mraz, Kenny Rogers and more.  Prices vary depending upon performer.  All seats are reserved and within 100 feet of the stage.
