Newport Harbor Corporation is an employee ownership (ESOP) company which operates the Mooring Seafood Kitchen and Bar, The Smokehouse Cafe, The Newport Yachting Center, Castle Hill Inn & Resort, 22 Bowen's Wine Bar & Grille, The Boat House Restaurant, Blackstone Caterers and Waterman Grille.

Our corporate office is located on Thames Street in historic Newport, RI. Out of this location we service our business units with functional support areas of marketing, accounting, finance, corporate partnerships, information technology, and human resources.
